cW Recipes: Zaatar-Spiced Popcorn

Swing into the joy of spring with these light and fresh kitchen favorites. Try this one for a snack!

Serves 2


  • 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp zaatar spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Zest from 1 small lemon


  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon zest and zaatar 
  2. Pop popcorn on the stove or in a popcorn maker, then toss in the zaatar mixture until coated
  3. Season with salt to taste
