- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp zaatar spice
- 1 tsp salt
- Zest from 1 small lemon
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon zest and zaatar
- Pop popcorn on the stove or in a popcorn maker, then toss in the zaatar mixture until coated
- Season with salt to taste
