Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- 3 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp applesauce
- Pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl; mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined
- Spoon about 1 tbsp of mixture into clean hands, and shape into balls
- Place ball on parchment paper and continue until mixture is gone; place in the freezer for 1 hour to harden before eating
- Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container
