Shipping Policy

Turnaround
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Exceptions may occur during holiday and rush seasons.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the products, shipping location, and/or the third-party distributor. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping. Here, you will be able to cancel your order.

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order we will send a partial shipment including products that are in stock. When the back-ordered item becomes available, the rest of your order will be fulfilled. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
