  • 1 cup oat milk, unsweetened
  • 1½ tablespoons cacao powder, unsweetened
  • 6 whole pitted dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 Hass avocado, ripe and peeled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 ice cubes
