cW Recipes: No-Bake Apple Pie Truffles
APPLE PIE truffle
These comfort foods have a healthy twist to help you celebrate the changing season. Try this one for a snack or dessert!

Recipe ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup crushed pecans
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tsp applesauce
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl; mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined
  2. Spoon about 1 tbsp of mixture into clean hands, and shape into balls
  3. Place ball on parchment paper and continue until mixture is gone; place in the freezer for 1 hour to harden before eating
  4. Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container
